The Self-Leadership
Reflection

A short reflection exercise for high-performing leaders navigating growth, identity, and change.

You've built the career. Earned the trust. Become someone others rely on.

And yet, underneath the performance, something may be asking for attention.

This guide is adapted from the same self-leadership framework I use in coaching and leadership workshops, distilled into three powerful questions you can work through on your own.

01
Identity
If you stripped away your title, achievements, and responsibilities, who are you?
This question is not about your role. It's about the self that exists beyond performance.
02
Values
Where in your life or leadership are you performing values you no longer fully believe in?
Naming it is often where change begins.
03
Direction
The person you are becoming. Was that shaped by intention, or by momentum?
Am I moving toward something I truly chose?

If something surfaced here, you do not have to sit with it alone. These reflections form the foundation of my coaching work and leadership experiences, helping people reconnect with themselves, lead with greater clarity, and move forward more intentionally.
