I know that feeling well. I spent years being the person who said yes to everything, moved through life on autopilot, and smiled through an exhaustion I didn't have language for. Unpacking that changed how I work, and who I want to work with.
I'm particularly passionate about working with women. Not just because of the glass ceilings and the entrepreneurship stereotypes, though those are real. But because when those external barriers meet the internal ones, the people pleasing, the perfectionism, the playing small, it becomes a very specific kind of stuck. One I recognise. One I've worked through myself.
