The psychology of how we think,
relate, lead and grow.

There is so much happening beneath the surface of how we show up in the world: the thoughts we have about ourselves, the expectations we carry, the way we respond under pressure, the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and who we should be.

I help ambitious people, leaders, entrepreneurs and high performers understand the patterns shaping how they think, work and relate, so they can create more clarity, choice and intention in how they move forward.

The inner work

The patterns that helped you succeed
may not be the patterns that help you grow.

We all develop ways of thinking and behaving that help us navigate the world. Being highly responsible can help us become dependable. High standards can push us towards excellence. Being attuned to others can help us build meaningful relationships. Ambition can help us achieve things we once thought were impossible.

But sometimes, these same qualities become something else. High standards can become perfectionism. Ambition can become the feeling that nothing is ever enough. Empathy can become people-pleasing. Responsibility can become the need to control everything. Self-reflection can become overthinking. And the instinct to avoid discomfort can quietly stop you having the conversation, making the decision, or taking the step you actually want to take.

The goal isn't to get rid of these parts of yourself. It's to understand them, because awareness creates choice, and choice gives you the freedom to respond differently.

What I'm curious about

Questions we all encounter,
in different ways.

Self

How do we relate to ourselves?

Self-awareness, confidence, self-trust, inner dialogue, identity, values, perfectionism, achievement.

Relationships

How do we relate to others?

Connection, boundaries, communication, conflict, belonging, people-pleasing, psychological safety.

Wellbeing

What helps us feel and function well?

Resilience, emotional wellbeing, stress, meaning, energy, sustainable ways of living and working.

Growth

How do we change and become?

Transitions, uncertainty, change, purpose, learning, identity shifts, possibility.

About Alicia

A psychologist by training.
A coach by practice.

I'm an Organisational Psychologist, coach, facilitator and speaker based in Singapore.

My career has taken me across psychology, consulting, leadership development, organisational change and human behaviour, always with the same underlying question: what helps people understand themselves and others well enough to create meaningful change?

Today, I design and facilitate immersive leadership and strategy experiences, bringing senior leaders together to explore complex business and human challenges. Before that, I worked across Asia Pacific with organisations and leaders on mental health and wellbeing, leadership, culture, organisational development and human behaviour, reaching over 50,000 people across 150+ organisations along the way.

But beyond the qualifications, I'm deeply curious about people. Why we do what we do. Why we sometimes know what we need to change but struggle to change it. Why some of our greatest strengths can also become our greatest sources of pressure. And what happens when we stop trying to become someone else, and start understanding ourselves better.

"You don't need to fix yourself to grow. Sometimes the biggest shift isn't learning something new. It's seeing something familiar differently."

My perspective

Psychology should help us
understand ourselves, not put us in boxes.

I'm interested in taking ideas from psychology and making them useful in real life. Not simply "here is a psychological concept," but "here is what this might actually look like in you."

Why do you keep second-guessing a decision you already know the answer to? Why does receiving feedback sometimes feel more personal than it should? Why can saying no feel harder than saying yes? Why do some people become more controlling when things feel uncertain? Why can achieving something you've worked towards for years leave you wondering, what now?

My approach draws from organisational psychology, behavioural science, coaching and the science of human behaviour, while staying grounded in something simple: people are more than their patterns. Understanding ourselves isn't about finding a label for who we are. It's about creating more awareness, more compassion and more choice.
