About Alicia

Understanding people. Creating space for meaningful change.

I'm an organisational psychologist, coach, facilitator and speaker based in Singapore. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership and personal growth, with a particular interest in how we understand ourselves, relate to others and navigate change.

Over the years, I've worked with people across different stages of their careers, from emerging professionals and entrepreneurs to senior executives. No matter how experienced or accomplished someone becomes, we all encounter moments of self-doubt, uncertainty and questions about who we are and where we're heading.

I believe meaningful growth begins with understanding ourselves more deeply: the expectations we carry, the patterns we've developed, the stories we tell ourselves and how these influence our choices. Sometimes, the very qualities that have helped us succeed can also be the ones holding us back.

Through coaching and facilitation, I create space for people to step away from everyday expectations, reflect on what matters, recognise their strengths and explore new ways of thinking. My approach combines psychological insight with genuine curiosity, empathy and thoughtful questions that gently challenge familiar perspectives.

My career has spanned organisational psychology, consulting, leadership development and mental health and wellbeing. Today, I design and facilitate leadership and strategy experiences with senior executives across Asia Pacific. Previously, I worked with organisations on leadership, culture and wellbeing, contributing to initiatives reaching over 50,000 people across 150+ organisations.

My approach is warm, reflective and gently challenging. I bring evidence-based thinking and thoughtful questions to help people see themselves and their situations differently, without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.

Growth isn't always about becoming more or doing more. Sometimes, it's about understanding who we are, learning to trust ourselves and making choices that feel more aligned with what truly matters.
